Amp up with our SUP and Sculpt beach and paddle board boot camp class to build a healthy and toned physique. It's a HIIT workout with the extra challenge of being on a paddle board.
Explore with the Paddle Away-Intro to Paddling to enjoy and explore the many lakes of Lake County. This beginner class is a great way to get cardio exercise while enjoying the beautiful lake setting.
Gather your inner peace and strike a pose with our SUP Pi-YO paddle board yoga featuring a series of sun salutations and Pilates inspired core movements in this energizing class. The connection of movement and breath will ease the mind and allow you a sense of peace and tranquility. Develop better balance, coordination and body strength by moving through yoga postures and pilates method movements on the paddle board . Move at your own pace as you balance the mind and body.
Spark romance with a sense of adventure in our Couples Connect paddle class. Connect with your loved one as you journey out on the lake. Enjoy a tour of the lakefront and commune with nature. This hour long tour allows for romantic date nights at sunset and a perfect way to spend time together and celebrate your special someone. Beach Picnics can be made available at request to toast and enjoy the sunset.
Join the fun with Nauti-Girl paddle. This all women club includes fitness paddle boarding with women who want to elevate their mind, body, spirit. Learn how to prepare for paddle board racing or using paddling to build a stronger, healthier body. This experience is for women who love to have fun and play on the water. Nauti girls club also get cool t-shirts and access to wine night socials.
Get your inner glow shining and bathe in the moonlight in our Soul Glow full moon paddle event. Develop inner peace through a guided meditation after peaceful moonlit paddle excursion.

Krissy has strong background in the fitness industry. She is World Paddle Boarding Association (WPA) certified and is certified by Paddle Into Fitness to teach Gentle Wave Paddleboard Yoga, Surfer Sculpt and Intro to Paddling. She is a certified Pilates Instructor and loves to travel, read, wakeboard and practices yoga! She loves the water and Paddleboarding and cannot wait to share her enthusiasm with the community.
Lindsey is an Ambassador for the Food Revolution. She brings healthy food education to schools and communities. She helps educate us on healthy, nutritious and fun ways to prepare meals. She is a highly successful pitching coach and mentor. When she is not in the kitchen she loves to travel, practice yoga and spend time with her beautiful family on Diamond Lake.
