Enjoy the combination of Pilates and Yoga exercises on the Paddle board. Use your breath to facilitate strong core powered movements. Develop better balance and body strength by moving through yoga (asanas) poses and Pilates inspired movements on the Paddle board. Move at your own pace as you balance the mind and body through a series of sun salutations and core strengthening techniques in this energizing class. The connection of breath and movement will ease the mind and allow you peace and tranquility. 

Previous Yoga or Pilates experienced is preferred but not required.

Equipment Provided: Paddle board, Paddle, Leash, and Personal Flotation Device.
