SUP and Sculpt

This beach and paddle cardio based circuit training class is for every athlete. Take yourself to a whole new fitness level from beach based movement training and endurance paddle drills to on board balance and core strengthening exercises. This comprehensive exercise routine blends cardio, strength and Balance and flexibility into a fun, interactive, full body workout that is sure to score you a sculpted surfer's physique.

Equipment Provided: Paddleboard, Paddle, Leash and Personal Flotation Device.
