Paddle Away: Intro to Paddle

In this 4 week course you will learn basic paddling techniques, from education of equipment, to entering the water, to using proper stroke technique to build core fitness and cardio endurance.

Enjoy this beautiful fitness experience on the water and enjoy a great way to build self confidence and mindful awareness while paddling on beautiful Diamond Lake.

Equipment provided: Paddle Board, Paddle, Leash, and Personal Flotation Device.
